Fallout 3 was just something to keep us busy until scene release of Dead Space.
I haven't played Dead Space in over a week! Today is my last exam. Must play this one for at least 4 or 5 hours straight after I come back home

Guys, asked in the PC section, but I guess no one finished it yet. Is there a proper end to the story, or is it basically "TBC"? Because I'm reading about DS2 already in production, and a bit worried lol. Thanks in advance!

The story the game itself is based around is compleatly finished and perfectly resolved.
The universe of the setting however introduced lots of elements and great many possibilites for future series, seeing as the events in the game are a part of a greater set of circumstances and organisational plots. The player is left with the impression that what ever happened in the game is just the begining of the fragile equalibrium that preserved humanity beeing broken. There are just too many holes in the setting of the "what can go wrong from now on" type...The web comic and the Downfall movie just make this even more obviouse.
What EA did with Dead Space is create a platform for a great milking cow franchise that they can expand to unimaginable scale if they play their cards right...From survival horrors, to massive and intense "epic" cinematic shooters of the GoW type(which personaly I already fantasyse about, espetualy after seeing Downfall)....
Still there is about 90% chance that non of the events in Dead Space 2 will have any direct connection to the first part.Only the tension its echo would create...
On the other hand there is still one giant planet cracking type ship full of undead aliens flying out there without a course...

Im not one for seeing games to the very end, especially with how many games there are that I want to play just lately and how much time I dont have these days to play games but after 15 hours and 5 minutes I have completed this one and wow what a game it was. GOTY Id say!
May the NFOrce be with you always.

When in a zero-gravity room, aim and press Y. If you can't jump there, it'll flash red.

I hate zero gravity rooms. And I also hate vacuums. But theyre not nearly as annoying as zero gravity areas.

Yes but we barely get to stand around and admire the graphics since our oxygen runs out.

Finished this last night. Had the same thoughts at the start of the game: "Beautiful!; finally a REAL Next-Gen game; looks great, plays better!"
But after a few stages... well it's just more of the same unfortunately.
Kill same dudes; get the 'key': "oh nose! key doesn't work because ancient Egyptian artefact is missing! find it plz? kthxbye."
It turns out to be just another one for the pile in my eyes.
