So can anyone who ordered the EU version confirm if it's out now or not?
Not yet. I would guess they will release it at 20:00 CET, just to tease us.

After 10 PM GMT it will be released according to the EA forums. Laughing Fucking idiots at EA.

Just downloaded from D2D UK, works fine.

So if you don't wanna wait, go and buy it from D2D.

Use the mouse wheel on parts (skeleton, joints) to adjust the size. There is an ingame help screen, look for it on the main menu down to the left hand side - you should read that.

Get a DX error when attempting to load spore in Vista, "Could not create the Graphics Device. Direct X is unavailable. [1002]". Made sure my DX10 is up to date, made sure i have the DX9 runtime files as well (some people with this problem said that solved it).

Tried compatibility mode and run as administrator, no luck.

too bad you can't import creatures made with the complete editor in the trial Sad EA isn't that dumb I guess.

You can drag & drop the .png but they won't be loaded into the game Sad

Man, I know graphics aren't everything, but this game looks like it's 5 or 6 years old. The lighting is horrible, I hope it will be better in the full game and this is just an editor engine or so...

Thats the one i've already installed, it copies over all the files, says it's ready to use but the game still gives me the error.

What kind of protection came with the full version.
Or was it just another standard exe and you just install it?

(It's even used for the editor it seems.)

No protection out so far is "uncrackable", it prob won't be long now as the full client is already on torrents.

If you buy the full version of the CC you get the money back as a discount off the full game.
