Mercedes are terrible at rust improvement, a friend of mine works at Mercedes and say even new Mercedeses start to rust after very short time.

I voted germany. Mercedes 123 show how good old cars are made of.

American cars seriously lack quality, especially the ones from the early 90s to early 2000. Im not sure how they are today, but they arent perfect.
French cars - they are pretty good at coming up with new design and technology features, and they do well in crash-tests. But they also have the quality flaw. They break way to easy, and the average lifespan of a newer french car isnt really good.
Watercooled 5950X | AORUS Master X570 | Asus RTX 3090 TUF Gaming OC | 64Gb RAM | 1Tb 970 Evo Plus + 2Tb 660p | etc etc

Why would anyone buy british car? High price low quality. French cars have the most expensive parts which is ridicules since they break more then Fiat and Fiat has the cheapest parts.
@ tainted4ever Its not Yugo its Zastava. Yugo is the name of model.

Yes Nakitu, because Aston Martin make low quality cars.
Land Rover are terrible too. Always breaking down. The British army should get rid of the early stock that have been going strong for the last 40 years.
Lets really scrape the barrel and choose Rolls Royce.
Yes indeed, British cars are really low quality.
Anyone like the new TVR?

Germany, NO DOUBT!. I am working for a Japanese company, but nothing beats Audi, BMW and Mercedes in Design/Quality...maybe Lexus, but that's it!
PS British car's are not what they used to be (sorry)...Aston is still ha SUPER GOOD LOOKING car, but quallity... ....sorry guys, but there it is.
@Jenni, TWR...not my cup a tea...to organic and old looking, DB9 is still pure porn if you ask me...that's from a design point of view. A true modern classic, not much beats it on the street...if you want a true classic look that is
Now I wonder why Mr. Bond chose to drive AM's, hey

Well when I said quallity, I meant Design quallity...sorry. I used to drive a Audi TT...had one of the 1st ones in Frankfurt. Was cool because ppl really turned around when U came zipping by.
But one day on the way home from work i hear this "thump....goink"...or what ever. Engine stalled and I had to drive home in 3rd fracking gear, or the engine would have stalled.
Managed to get to work the next day, and drove to the Audi Garage. The guy said its "probably the starter engine" etc etc. Ok so far so good.
I got a call after lunch time...the guy asked me if I am "sitting down"...THE FRACKING PISTION! went right through the engine block!!!!!. RIGHT THROUGH!, there was a fracking hole in the fracking engine block!...and i wasn't even pushing the engine at the time when it happened...quallity ???.
Any how sold it and bought my BMW 3 series 4wd 3L...have to sell that now as I have a the new Outlander as a company car, and it's just collecting dust ...the Beamer that is.

TVR isn't exactly a representative of it's country of origin given the small scale production and price.
EDIT: Also the bad part about cars is people get swayed by lemons, some manufacturers have more then others but that's generally what the "bad" is based off of.
