It's that bar wench you see in the inn, one of the first scenes you can get in the first act.
(There's two others as well but they aren't that hard to find if you explore and follow the story quests.)

God damn I am glad I went back a few saves after getting my ass kicked by the 'Beast.' I thought chapter one was pretty much done with until I was just stumbling around, looking for monsters to kill to lev myself up another notch... But in the meantime I ran into 5-6 sidequests I totally skipped over, and usually I am pretty good about getting every sidequest there is. Anyways pretty kickass, since now I am almost 2 levels higher than before and have a badass Meteorite Sword to smite the bitch-ass-beast with...heheh.
BTW, anyone know how to get in the mill at night? That one wench invited me there for a lil 'private time' but I am guessing I missed my chance because now its always locked. Anyone know?

You don't have to come the first night after talking to her, it's just a triggered event. From what I gathered, you should try to be there at the midnight to see her. That worked for me.

The mill area has it's uses.
Spoiler: |
At night there's a unique named "The Drowned" creature roaming around, killing it and taking it's head to the Royal Huntsman gives you a nice amount of gold, same with re-entering the crypt and blasting one of the walls with the Aards sign as there's a unique and named Arghoul further in whose head is also worth a bit of gold.
Creatures exist in a few varieties such as the weaker ghoul and the stronger Arghoul or the weaker Drowner and the stronger "The Drowned" alot of creatures have a few stronger types like that.

i like the game but they shouldve allowed more freedom of movement. being stuck on paths all the time is silly, not being able to walk up hills, walk through water etc just seems stupid. it couldve been better than oblivion but instead the limited movement, imo, means its not as good.
still thats my opinion, some will disagree. but still i like it, 7-7.5/10 for me.

This has to be the best polish game ever.
I'm playing on hard, and I was expecting hard, not impossible. The orange "thingy" is sometimes hard to see in bad lighting conditions, especially in group mode, which makes it near impossible for me to finish The Beast. The way your choices reflect later on is just great (mutated dog for example). Bad thing is that after fucking witch in the cave and having 6 potions running they all disappear during the fight.
So far after 27 tries with The Beast and still counting, think I may try some earlier savegame and restock properly.
About GFX. I was checking out FPS on different settings:
A64 3000+ @ 2.8
7300GT @ 900/2000
1.5GB Goodrams @ 187MHZ -_-
Noon, lots of ppl on the street.
1280
Textures - medium
Lighting - medium
AA - off
Shadows - medium
- 20 fps
1280
Textures - high
Lighting - high
AA - 2x (max in the options)
Shadows - high
- 18 fps
And also huge kudos to Bagiński, he did an amazing job with the cutscenes.

Yup, in my opinion I'll take the closed off pathways and loadtimes(tho _hopefully_ those get cut down in further patches) than the wide-open (IMHO) bland, generic fairytail world of oblivion. I'm sorry but playing that game compared to this one is like going from a kid's story book to a real adult novel. It just seems like even the smallest sidequest has characters with personality and moral choices to make. I never once had any choice in oblivion where I felt bad for characters or feel like I was making choices that affected the world.
I can't explain it right, but the gameworld and everything in it feels so much more Real, even without 'radiant AI' heh, and sucks me in much more than oblivion ever did.

Couldn't agree more, the game would simply receive another dimension with exploration this isn't bad as Fable but still feels rather cramped and just because of that Oblivion is a better game for me at least. Can you imagine fallout without being able to explore the wasteland, yuck, not 3d but still you don't see any boundaries there you can go anywhere and god knows what you will find.

Do you guys use the small (dagger) and large (axe) weapons and for what, no combos for them so I am not sure how useful are they, I have a torch in my small weapons slot because it's too dark at night. And where is the 'old mill'?

It's not the best but it's quite good compared to the normal swords you find.
(A Witcher sword does normal damage whereas most general swords have a negative percentage to damage but can have bonuses, you can also reforge the sword with three meteorite fragments to further improve it with either extra damage or bonus attributes.)

not going to disagree with you at all, I agree much in oblivion is just more of the same but this couldve been the best RPG ever if it allowed you full freedom of movement, the ability to climb or jump. so im still waiting for that ultimate RPG with the uniqueness of characters, coversations, side quests of this game but freedom of movement of oblivion/gothic series. but this game is still very good, no doubts and going back to play on.
oh and whats this with long load times?only time I get a 6 second load time is when loading from Main Menu. rest of time my load times dont exceed 3-4 seconds and mostly 1-2 seconds. you guys need to upgrade.

Getting 6 seconds load time from the main menu ??? You must be joking!
I just upgraded from x1900xt 512 to 8800gt 512 and the load times are A LOT FASTER, not to mention that 1280x1024 4xaa / 16xAF game plays GREAT.
However, 6 seconds load time from the main menu is hard to believe, unless you have raid with raptors.

I love this game! One of the best ones released this year. Some things could of course have been made better, like how you can't climb hills and such. But that's more the Aurora engines problem, which they by the way have tweaked in such a way that you can recognize it. The character movments are just great. Your stuck to one character which I usally not to fond at in a RPG, but I can buy it this time because it's a RPG on a book. Anyhow I am buying this game because the developers have earned it and I'm thrilled to see what they can do next!

Thanks for the tips Jbeckman, there was no drowner at the mill however and I returned there twice.
Another question how do I complete the fighting quest it says I've beaten Fat Fred and have to look for somebody stronger but the big guy at the inn won't initiate dialog with me and I've pummeled everybody else including the wimp.

Might be considered spoilers so I added that tag.
Spoiler: |
There's one tough fighter in every inn wich you need to beat, try different inns as you progress trough the acts.
The drowner, like all monsters outside combat zones appears at night when the game switches from a safe location to a unsafe location, might need to speak to the hunter camping near the village first.

They just released the patch from the official site, and that is the old one. No crack in it anyway.
