That seems to be your computer trying to connect to itself as both the source and destination are the same. Best bet would be to check the port numbers for each of the attempted connections to try and figure out what they are trying to do.
search-agent 1234/udp Infoseek Search Agent

Does indeed seem like something is a little odd with your machine, but this isn't something external.

Yeah, I was thinking about a format. But I will need to backup my data first and I have no other HDD to do that on (it died) So ill need to wait until I get a new HD.
Off-Topic : Do you know any software and will recover files from a near dead HD (It would need to be Linux live CD based or DOS)

Storix sbadmin www.storix.com best backup utility ever created, professional data recovery teams use it aswell.

off topic again, I have just discovered this very min what the problem is... Pin 21 on the IDE connector has snapped :O
Reading up on google it appears my drive will only work on PIO mode now? Whats the best way to get data off the drive in this mode (wont boot up in windows?)

if it will work in pio mode then you would be able to use it in windows, just very slowly... try using ghost 8 boot floppy to try... not sure what pin21 i used for at the mo (at work)

It won't boot up in windows, when I plug the drive in it freezes at the windows boot logo.

hhhmmm is that how you run Peerguardian all the time as currently you are blocking nothing...
have you tried putting that drive into a USB external hard drive cradle ?
