the strategie the AI uses makes a huge difference, I played with a m8 against a brutal turtle, it was piss easy!
against a hard balanced we got ownd....
also the more resources the map has, the harder the ai gets...

Not sure exactly what you want, action in the cutscenes? They're just another way to brief the player while increasing immersion.

What immersion , of a tent or a bunker , and what about the immersion of war that was missing in this game .Looks like this new director did knew how to direct movies BUT didn`t knew how to make cut scene for games .
O and Dredziol meant CGI of the battle sequences after every mission witch was the standard of the C&C series .

You obviously have no idea what immersion means with regards to games of this genre, and probably games in general. It's about creating the sense that there is another world existing behind your screen, it's not necessarily about what you experience directly, but what the game gives you the impression exists.
If you're one of those people who has no imagination and needs to see something to have any concept of it's existance then I pity you, maybe you should stick to movies or something, because CGI battle sequences are not what this game is about.

SpykeZ this definition of a chav is way better
Code: | A human sub-species also known as homo-inferior. They plan to conquer the world by lowering the nations IQ to single didgit numbers, like themselves. They do this by subjecting those around them to monotonus rap music and brandnames. They are braindead, almost zombie like. They are currently hatching a co-plot to ruin the English language through Abreveation and talking like they havn't got a tongue. |

I have serious problems as well, but it seems to be dependant on the server you are using as well as the users.

just finished the Nod campain (only the scrin left now) and i must say i enjoyed the actual gameplay but the endings of both gdi and nod left alot more to be desired. They have to be planing on releasing an expansion, that the only thing that makes any sort of sense (that they left the story open so they could continue it in the expansion).

Going a little against the current of the evident success of this game ... since it's (looking at the various reviews) considered the new "rts kings" ... doesn't it seems to any of you out there to have a too much simplified gameplay ?
I mean, particularly for the skirmishes (that for me represents the longevity of this kind of games, after the 20-30-40 hours of the campaign) it just ... ends too fast !
In 8-10 minutes in a medium game you are already building the strongest unit types, while you ammass them, usually in the next 5-10 minutes, you can vary the strategy with a missile silo or ion cannon site ... and voila final attack and it's all over ... you win or the opponent makes it faster and wins ... add an option for an aerial approach instead of a tank one and that's all ... i played a bit of skirmishes and i'm rather bored ...
Compared to Supreme Commander it's just so ... so ... limited ! Tons of units, naval, aerial, tank, special units really how can i say, special, a nice strategic and tactical approach and building of the base(s) ...
For me the "new rts king" C&C3 has been a delusion, especially comparing it to S.C., am i the only one to think that ???
There are only 10 kinds of people : those that understand binaries and those that don't.

Supreme Commander does sound interesting as compared to C&C3 , it would of been nice to see some sort of ranking system, tied to available units in C&C3, i had heard that SC had some minor issues with slow down , but I'll try it on XP for sure,,, sorry about getting slightly off-topic......
