Long LONG time ago my ex did all the BBQ'ing and he was quite happy doing it. I liked it cuz I didn't have to do anything, really. make a salad. One day he got lazy and I did it. He never touched it again. I am now the BBQ master.

You know what I love is grilled veggies. Like brocolli, red pepper, zuchinni, and sliced potatoes. That is really good. I like putting food on a stick too. Marinated chicken with onions and cherry tomatoes. I love BBQ'ed cherry tomatoes. In the summer I buy prime rib steak, cut it into cubs with out the fat and marinate it in mango (You have to do your own mangos, you can't buy this) and I add cocconut milk. Anyway the mangos break down the meat so it is soo tender. It is sort of the same idea as pineapples and ham. Anyway I BBQ that on a stick, lightly salted with sea salt and white pepper. I serve it with a spinach salad with strawberries. It looks so beautiful because the strawberries are so red and the spinach is a dark green. and I make greek potatoes. Those are boiled in lemon juice and baked with seasoning

@Crash
YEaaa I don't eat that, but I like the crumbs at the bottom of the box. (chicken skin is a huge weakness)

It is a lot more rewarding I find making it rather then eating it And then taking a picture of it is kinda like desert.
