yes its open source, Selaco uses it for example.. almost any game that uses it uses a modified version. i use UZDoom. so yes you are allowed to sell games with that engine, i think you have to share the source code (code, not graphics etc).

It's all a form of AI, yes even simple deterministic rule based NPC scripts. "Artificial Intelligence" refers to any system engineered to emulate intelligent behavior or decision-making, whether it is sentient or not. Stop being definition nazis.

That's not what "intelligence" means. The term has been abused (mostly by idioturts). "Sentience" has nothing to do with "intelligence". |
