Shampoo is liquid soap too
Summer time is upon us. You come home shiny and chrome Smile , ever so slightly covered in perspiration, and go to shower.
Whether you live alone or share your domicile with someone else you have options with what you can soap yourself with, probably, you have options for different parts of the body as well, all kind of lotions and shit like that.
Most probably you have shower loofah(s) to go with your soaps.

But I say screw it all, be a man, shampoo your whole body with your bare hands.
What's good for your head can't be bad for the rest of your flesh.
Need to rub? Employ your finger nails. Can't reach your back? Ignore it or practice some necessary limbs/joints flexibility.
And while we are deeply at it in a forever changed climate, there's no need for hot water. Cold water is fine. Your body is already too warm, and the cold water in the pipes is not as cold as it is in winter.

Who is with me?
For extremophiles among us the shampoo can be substituted with some cheap soap.

I use the normal liquid shower gel as shampoo, I have long hair, never had any issues.

"Enlightenment is man's emergence from his self-imposed nonage. Nonage is the inability to use one's own understanding without another's guidance. This nonage is self-imposed if its cause lies not in lack of understanding but in indecision and lack of courage to use one's own mind without another's guidance. Dare to know! (Sapere aude.) "Have the courage to use your own understanding," is therefore the motto of the enlightenment."

@zenux
Shit I use one thing, some dove body wash things in a blue bottle for years (I was wrong it was gray).
its like 90% the same ingredients that all other shower soaps and shampoos have. It's good. Washes everything and smells good.
This, had to find it:

Now my wife has the 4 bottles of body wash, for different things, and then like 3 bottle for hair, etc.

I never pictured you with long hair. I dunno how I picture you. But the concept of you I didn't have that on the bullet point list of traits.
hard to explain, I can't say what I think anyone looks like, just if I see a pic I can go "That isn't what I expected". Like I have a list of things they are 'not'. but it's not a word list..its complicated to explain.

No, but never really considered his ethnicity either. Could be anything and wouldn't surprise me.
Well maybe if it was traditional aboriginal Australian, or Irish Amish, or such. But then only because I didn't think they got online much.

Better use ketoconazole 2-3 a week. But it's hard to find it cheap and in a lot of countries you need a prescription (and the latter being expensive as fuck also). My last batch was from aliexpress selling an arab version Laughing. It has no real side effects and you can use it forever.
Buy the 20mg/g. I have this one (in arabic), but any 20mg/g will do.
It's not a shampoo though, you'll have to use that first and then this.

Dandruff is a yeast infection. Ketoconazole the only stuff you can use all year that does work. It's safe to use if you tollerate the stuff (99% of people).

Piroctone olamine, Selenium sulfide, good old Sulfur based shampoos are also quite wide spread alternatives to Ketoconazole.

At different times, stages and preferences of treating me dermatologists my sebopsoriasis had a taste of all of them.

Thou Ketoconazole is king, indeed.
