Yes, bastards didn't put anywhere any platform. Checking their site doesn't even have this game added in "Coming Soon" yet, but seems like all games from Netmarble are for mobiles. And some articles wrote it's mobile only too.
Such a shame it’s a mobile game but it is releasing on PC so I wouldn’t be surprised if they port it to console at a later date for anyone else who is interested, especially when they see the widespread disappointment

Are they fucking kidding me? Early access for a unspecified amount of time? How desperate do they think i am? I guess til will be another botched full version at some point in time where people have moved on. I wont touch it until its free of shite bugs and the full content is in. Read that people lost their characters after game update
From the Steam reviews it really looks like a ported mobile game filled with microtransactions and grind. Sad. The gameplay and story doesn't look so terrible, but this is going to ruin the game even if it was 10/10.
