Oh it did exist. There is porn from the 80's of casting couch calls. Hell woodman casting was around doing porn star casting videos WAY before internet times. The internet just gave it a place to sell to more people.
Shit..there is a series from the 1960's called "Fresh and Tight" (or something like that) of specifically that type of porn video.
