I decided to get MiniPC, I want one at decent price that I can install on in SteamOS and stream games from other PC on the MiniPC. with max at 120hz 4k hdr support, not all games will run on that settings of course.

Might need to do a "I want three things, pick two" with those options; PC, mini, 120hz 4k HDR.
Any decent itx build would cover that, but won't be cheap.
Any decent PC build would cover that but won't be mini.
Any actual MiniPC (like Intel NUK 11) would struggle to do those requirements. As most are Integrated Graphics.

with 4090 I *barely* reach 80 fps on Stafield in 4k
in WarThunder I float around 100fps in 4k
in Cyberpunk2077 with DSR I reach around 60fps in 4k
in order to reach 120fps I need to tune details from max to medium
I mean if you're gonna play CS:Go or something similar - it's doable

Also the miniPC is getting streamed from another powerful PC or services like GeforceNow, not that it actually run the games natively, thread being edited.

dont blame the guy , its 2024, 4k 120fps should long have been possible on the cheap and all this frame generation crap makes it sounds like its easy, but its all lies
we have had 4k cheap monitors for how long now ? yet are still stuck on 1080p/1440p gaming for a decade now

Nvidia shield pro is your best cheap bet for what you are doing, start there. Given your israelideck seemed a major failure i don't recommend trying build your own system for this.

Yeah, Nvidia Shield Pro only supports HDMI 2.0b. It's a very good, relatively cheap solution as a mediacenter/streaming device. |
Yea, I am considering to either get MiniPC or wait for Nvidia Shield 2024 edition, seeing the current one is from 2019...

SteamDeck is getting cheaper here, I would probably have bought it save for the fact it doesn't have hdmi 2.1 for it's decking station.
