Yeah i can say i was getting the random stutter 5-15second 20fps with any config with any RT setting enabled, and very seldomly (like hourly) with RT off. Until I did above, I do think it's still sort of there with RT but the lowest I hit is 55-60fps so it's not nearly as noticeable. If i disable RT then i get no stutter and and obviously higher overall FPS.
The engine.ini changes made the most difference for me. Also Rebar disabled / enabled, as suspected make no difference for me. Oh the only setting I don't have on Ultra was the draw distance (on High) which playing the game, I figured this would lower vRAM use and playing the game I don't notice a difference.
I gotta say..performance is shit in this game.. i can run cyberpunk with everyhting maxed out @1080p with DLSS on my laptop just fine, but this game turns into a stutterfest with severe frame drops all over the place...
That PCIe 3.0 x8 limitation doesn't help men, but yes the game has obvious performance issues.
Bullshit video. The gameplay shown is not the whole game and outdoors seems fine for most of the time. The performance drops a lot indoors and during cut scenes. This video shows what performance you could have when the devs fix their shit.

Wait wait kurwazito, you bought it?
Nein, just going on what I've read so far in this thread, other forums and utub. I'll give it a shot when it's cracled, even though I'm not a huge potter-head (liked the books, movies were meh) since it seems to be an open world RPG with some effort put on it.

Pretty much same spec as mine, except I run 3840x1600 and you have a better CPU. No OC or any of that, but i have v. good cooling and it does its boost thing. I don't get stutters like that and have RT reflections on since the engine.ini tweaks. Did you config the engine.ini file? I'd recommend doing that / pasting the content than using a clunky installer. Also the Ascendio.ini file is tuned for 12GB VRAM, so had to be edited for 10GB.
It really did make a moderate performance impact in my case.

Does engine tweaks you posted. Doesn't make the graphics worse or something right?
i have an 4090. What value should this line with 24GB VRAM.
No shouldn't diminish the quality. For 24GB of VRAM lets see:
*2048 = recommended for 8GB, try 6144 ? It's what the Nexus Ascendio mod/installer does, but we dont need a 300mb installer and we're just setting the PoolSize to recommendations of the modder based on available VRAM.

What does the installer do more. Only tweaking that engine file?

Latest one does recommend not to use any pool allocation at all since the patch now automatically assigns the value.

Yeah okay, I had wondered why the dev team hadn't done this from the start given its about 3 lines of code. Also afaik my game is patched, if i copy the original / backup version of engine.ini the stuttering returns so ???
