yeah but i think it has some password like IBackedUpMySaves or something. 1.50 b1 was a disaster but i havent heard anything bad about b2 and b3, and they fix some seriously annoying shit.

Ok. I havent played very much. . . but i have to say, as someone who has played all the previous ones, i am pretty blown away so far. i love the ship modes and the sound effects seem to be greatly improved. Wow. Can't wait to dig into this a lot more.
Very very pleasantly surprised so far.

The Game pissed me so much off, I started to play Rebirth...

And you know what, now it is actually a quite fucking nice game.

It also shows me, how X4 isn't an evolution from x3, but a devolution from X:R

Seriously, all the stuff that is in X4, but wasn't in X3, came from Rebirth. Except they dropped 3/4 of the features present in both X3 and XR ...

yeah they have bit of a weird fucking progression going on here from x3 > xr > x4. i also like your 180 in opinion Laughing it also doesn't surprise me.
i haven't really played the game much as i got distracted, i figured i would get bored with the poor fleet mechanics and end game not being what it should be.. so i'm just waiting for the patches (i mean, the mods really) to drop while i play other games.

i knew this was inevitable for X4 after having played it for just a short time and hearing the complaints:

i also don't think they actually playtest their own shit at all because i can't fathom half of the shit that goes on in these games, especially these in-your-face problems that seem to occur so much.
