The way I see it, every life is a pile of good things and bad things. The good things don’t always soften the bad things, but vice versa, the bad things don’t always spoil the good things and make them unimportant.
Quantic Dream really have skills when it comes to optimization, B2S still great looking to date, No wonder they can optimize the Pro to actually use full native 4k and not partly 4k like most Pro titles...
Going to stick for 1080p with my normal PS4 though, but Still going to look great.
More than 250 motion capture actors were employed to portray the 513 characters present in the game’s 2000 page script. There are more than 35,000 camera shots throughout the game, and 74,000 unique animations. The characters, branching narrative, animations, and camera shots are all crammed into the 5.1 million lines of code that ultimately make up Detroit.
Quantic Dream used new technology to develop Detroit, and prioritized graphics over frame rate. The studio stressed that the upcoming title is not an action game requiring a high frame rate, and said that the developers avoided lengthy loading screens wherever possible.

Whats your story? they ask. The way the game works from how the trailers have shown, is a lot of different scenarions, where I as a player will simply think/feel i've failed that scenario if i don't get the best result in a situation.

Tried it, looks and plays great, just as I expected (loved Heavy Rain and Beyond)... my ending was the same as in the trailer I watched, the chart at the end of the demo shows 3 more possible outcomes, gonna have to replay it later. Now back to God Of War.
um there was like 6 different outcomes in the chart, iirc
The 3 times I played through the demo all ended with
Spoiler:
the android dying in one way or another. I guess it might be possible to keep both of them alive with the girl? idk
Got the perfect ending on my first try.
Spoiler:
Just gather evidence (but don't waste time as the success percentage drops with time) and be sympathetic, call off the helicopter and ask him to surrender. Chose compromise when he wanted a car etc. He let her go and was shot. Only the captor died.
Yeah that's one of the endings I got, too. But I wonder if there is one where the hostage taker survives? Kinda lame that even if you do it "properly" and defuse the situation, some asshole sniper still shoots him

Found the control extremely clunky. Guess that's par for the course for his games, but it was pissing me off by the end of the demo...
Clever graphics techniques for the analysis and reconstructions, but not 'blow me away' graphics by any means, even on my Pro.
The demo has satisfied me this is by no means a day one purchase for me - one to pick up at half price or around that in a psn sale or second hand few months after launch
