Those 24fps are only valid for movies, not for games.
For games 60fps are optimal.

The graphics too.
Reaction

// Actually the graphic details look pretty good. At least how the environment reacts to all the destruction.
The textures and resolution look bad though. But that's probably thanks to Youtube compression.

Doesn't it use Denuvo ? If not, did someone manage to rip out Windows store apps from their sandbox ? didn't really check the progress about it.

I don't think your numbers are right. Human eyes can see 24fps at most. That's why I limit games to 24fps for optimal experience.

I just can't believe this is from the creators of Max Payne.. Did Microsoft force them to make this game?

Not yet sadly, we've reached the infamous, ominous boundle's scenario Razz Laughing
Considering the current (disgraceful) state of the scene nowadays, it's probably quicker if we all team up and try unpacking the Micropack by ourselves.

In all seriousness though, supporting UWP in its current, fascist version would practically be just like shooting ourselves in the foot. The pirate bear isn't afraid of anything ʕ•͡ᴥ•ʔ

24 is most valid for movies for a reason.
Hobbit was a god damn abomination in 48fps

I tried the 48fps version of The Hobbit too. But it just felt wrong for a movie.
It felt like watching a Doku Soap from TV.

This. Too much "fluidity" makes movies look fake, due to lack of motion blur and too much detachment between backgrounds and foregrounds that makes you realize you're watching people on a stage.

Movies are not games tho, applying the same standards to both is absurd.

To get back on topic (well, not really actually): I'm quite amused by the fact that the windows store is so ignored by everyone that no one even bothered to crack their packing mechanism so fare. It's Microsoft stuff, I'm pretty sure it's nowhere near Denuvo levels of complexity. I'm quite convinced that it's uncracked to this day just because nobody could be arsed until now.
