had something similar two times before, basically i ripped open some skin cell near the edge ofthe anus and blood got inside making it a huge bulge or a smaller sack . First time it was like a little skin sack hanging almost out of my ass, very painfull, they cut that away after i visited the docter who forwarded me same day to a specialist. local sedation 3 woman staring at fresh guinypig meat and a simple cut , lots of blood and it was all good.
Now a year later, similar issue happened, but this time a hugepainfull bulge, docter gave some cream and told me thats it, they no longer cut or drain it, but im seriously going to go back to ask to have it cut away if it doesnt go fully away by itself cause its annoying as fuck and not sexy  .
but go see a docter, they seen this shit many times before. just make sure to shower and clean that ass or you will make some lady nurses pretty upset it does not fix itself, body just doesnt know what the fck to do and makes you feel like crap
tried to do nr2 every day now, and avoid them 8 inch turds ripping my ass apart, but the bulge caught me offguard bigtime, didnt expect it to happen again but some shitty food and not going to the toilet enough and bam your anus gets ripped appart.

I had something like that too I think a good while ago. Went to the doc, she gave me some salve/creme to put on it. It drys out the area and extracts/sucks out the stuff. Opens it up. Bit messy (actually disgusting) but it did the job. Healed pretty fast and the pain was gone almost in an instant.
