This is what happens when prats whine about stuff being too easy, indie developers LISTEN to that and then go retard-strong all over the code and ruin it for everyone else >_<
I dunno about everyone else, but I think the game is now unplayable. It's literally impossible to complete missions when hordes of zombies now spawn out of all the buildings in your surrounding area. I lost one of my favorite survivors because after I cleared at least 20 zombies that spawned in the area, another 10 or so spawned after that and ran over to me and overwhelmed me.
It's like every zombie is now alerted to your presence regardless if you're quiet and don't use guns.
Just walking into and area is now like you've set off a bomb or something and alerted everything!
Same here, base is safe with outpost but doing missions become very annoying. While character is in a car no zombies around, even just idling sitting in there spawns singular zombies nearby but the moment character steps out of the car multiple hordes spawns and start running towards him. The only way to deal with them is to get back into a car and start running them over and over again for five to ten minutes
I posted on the steams forums and some ppl haven't experience this...
One person tried the following:

I had two enclaves appear next to each other in the middle of Marshall, I ran inside one of them fired a few shots out of a window and then hid myself inside a bathroom, the survivors from the enclave fought a never ending zerg of zombies for over an hour just bashing in heads. There was never less than 15 or so red dots at a time huddled around the immortal survivors with between 5-10 more always pouring out of the nearby houses.
Zombie hearing is way over the top, I don't think zombies should leave their house and cross the road because you hit one of their friends in the head with a frying pan.
So this can't be just a fluke or just my game. Others have reported this.
State of Decay’s latest DLC Breakdown will be released on November 29 through both Steam and Xbox Live Arcade, Undead Labs has announced. It will run you $6.99 and was built according to player requests, meaning it will contain “less story, more long-term survival and increased difficulty.” The update comes with new leaderboards, achievements, and the ability to unlock special hero survivors.
You must destroy infestations. If you destroy infestations the endless zombie spawning stops basically. I've got my town outside the church basically 100% safe because I've got an outpost on all four corners of the city and zero infestations. The minute I leave the town though the amount of zombies popping out of thin air is insane.

"Increased difficulty" - because it's not like they've already broken the game by catering to the "moar difficulty" crowd as it is Judging by all indications so far the difficulty has been ramped through the roof :\
My big gripe right now is that I feel like other enclaves are way to weak, and it's fucking hard making any progress with getting them to join you. Every 24 hour period that goes by any enclave I've had for long enough to get near to fully trusting me is fucking destroyed by the next time I play. Then some new one will pop up with almost no trust and they'll be eventually fucked as it is.
I have been ABSOLUTELY GOING BONKERS for four days, waiting for this to drop:
New Stuff
-Keybinding!
-There is now a smoother frame rate, and reduced stalls when driving
-Breakdown UI is hooked up
-Added more inputs for keyboard and mouse to shake zombies off (used to be 'c' key, now it's 'c' or 'e' or 'left click' or 'space')
-The resolution changes when you release (rather than when you drag) the sliders
-The mouse moves the camera during cutscenes
-We now block emotes/execute/roll/drop during cutscenes
Fixes
-Fix for crash when trying to complete certain missions
-Fixed bug that caused unintentional overwriting of saves when you clicked Start New Game
