The rotting isnt painful I think, just looks fucking gross and u most definitely will get an infection soon. This to me looks like something that has come from blood flow. Maybe the drug inhibits blood flow to a severe degree. I watched a video on it some years back, never again.

But wouldn't then symptoms on flesh be more general and less localized? In the other video shown, where they visited some drug rehabilitation "fort" in Russia, the symptoms were quite severe. Either he shot in the entire leg from top to bottom and missed the vein every time, or I don't buy.
