Addiction. Krokodil mainly used by heroin addicts and similar when they cant get a hold of their preferred drug.

Yeah... it's pretty terrible. Heard about this a few years ago when they posted a bunch of pics of Russians with rotting flesh... it was pretty gruesome...

Sad to see what some people are willing to go through to get high, eh? Some cases of it in the USA now too :/

I'd rather take my own life quickly than having my flesh slowly rotting.

The rotting isnt painful I think, just looks fucking gross and u most definitely will get an infection soon. I remember a story when some guy/girl was doing it 2 days straight and basically lost all his/her limbs or something like that.

An addict runs out of veins in the arm quickly, I imagine an addict who also went the step further and started using this drug shoots himself wherever he can find a vein.

When did I say that? I say they most likely inject in the foot/leg/scrotum/ear etc.

No worries.

But still, watch the video in first post. Look at 0:43. No one shoots drugs in their fingers. Yet all the extremities in that hand seem to be gangrening. This to me looks like something that has come from blood flow.

Maybe the drug inhibits blood flow to a severe degree. I watched a video on it some years back, never again.

But wouldn't then symptoms on flesh be more general and less localized?

In the other video shown, where they visited some drug rehabilitation "fort" in Russia, the symptoms were quite severe. Either he shot in the entire leg from top to bottom and missed the vein every time, or I don't buy.
