Is the COOP matchmaking peer to peer or does it use some kind of EA online only service?
I'm curious if I can go through the COOP experience with my brother.

Yep, that indeed was the case with DS2.

glad to hear the majority of people are liking it really, I knew I would regardless. From what others have posted on the guru3d forums, there are plenty of graphics options to play around with. Dx11 or not, just happy to hear people are liking the game thus far.
makes me a happy boy.

Playing on hard and my inventory is filled all the time, I remember DS2 being much harder. I also miss the ridiculous death animations from DS2, now the screen just instantly fades when you die. But the game is actually pretty good otherwise, it still feels like a Dead Space-game even if it's easier and somewhat censored.

I haven't played so much, but are you ever alone somewhere or do you always have those military "merica fuck yeah" guys around you?

I bet it's because no scene group cracked it yet...

Seems to be some alternate method, no longer uses that .par file (Verification with Origin?) and instead there's only the game exe but it's a bit larger.

I can't believe these p2p groups can crack faster then the scene does these days. That just shows that the fight against piracy is winning.

well, dont jump on me, but i remember something like: they don' pirate games untill they are launched, and you might say yes but is it out, well they wait for it to be worldwide launched, i think i remember something like this in your regard. No, they don't wait for launch dates to come and pass. There's only one game that I recall right now that came out before its premiere - AC: Revelations. But I believe there are more examples of such releases.

It varies, these days with online activation and date checks it doesn't really matter if you have a contact or other source for getting the content early, digital distribution is increasing as well.
Can't really do much if the exe is missing or encrypted, that offline method for activating the game early was surprising though but EA will likely have fixed or altered it for the next Origin update or game release.
There will probably be a scene release of this game as well since there's currently nothing available there.
(They don't really seem to count these anonymous releases even if they're fully functional and completely proper otherwise.)

Shitty, if that's true. We might not see a scene crack for at least another week then. Oh well.

I'm on chapter 4, there's this mini-game I have to do in order to advance, but it doesn't seem to be working.
It seems fairly simple but I can't complete it.
"I think Call of Duty resonates because it's believable and relatable," Sledgehammer Games cofounder Michael Condrey says.
Believable and relatable...Yep, sounds like Call of Duty
