PhysX on Low = basic physics / console version
It would be weird if you could disable it.

Absolutely nothing. It was working fine though it kept going on about the the vc++ redist, so I let it repair, then everything went to hell. Had to remove Net4, then reinstall, then reboot and nothing worked until I removed the injector. Meh.

Did you try a sys reboot again?
And try to get a "clean" fxaa inject going, see if any of the settings might borked it.
And give a try to disable steam overlay, maybe you got some other overlay running? Like the afterburner one?
Because it sounds like there is a program started after the reboot that is causing this, that wasn't running before the reboot.
Because i can recall you having afterburner, but the screenshots you posted, i don't see it on there.

Pff, Steam sucks!
Spoiler: |
I seriously do not get how I never have issues downloading from Steam; part of the rush has passed now, but there's still a massive influx of retail keys today so it's hardly quiet. Still getting the full 120 Mbps of my connection, I wonder at how much it would actually cap out if I had (even) more bandwidth. |

That's slow Werelds, i was getting 14.6 the other day
@sabin1981:
Really fucking odd, i have tried to recreate the problem, but it's not happening here... I donno what is causing it
Try a system restore otherwise as last option, from before the reboot that fucked it up

Use Windows Install Cleanup and remove everything that you think is relevant, reinstall all relevant stuff and it'll probably work again.
HOW THE FUCK DO I INCREASE DIALOG VOLUME? I CAN HARDLY HEAR THE PEOPLE SPEAK. INI TWEAK FOR SOUND, I COULDN'T FIND IT, HOW TO DO IT? THANKS FOR NOTICING THIS NOTICE!

Afaik you can't do more than setting it to max in the options (maybe you can further increase the volume via the ini but i doubt that).
Do not listen to your favorite Kletzmer-music while playing BL2 and everything should be fine

Plus freaking one!
It's so annoying, and kinda breaks the immersion, at least for me. I know that it's good for gaining XP and stuff like that, but it's incredibly repetitive.

Bonus points for using Short Change Hero in the intro. I haven't watched a lot of videos of this, so if this was done in promos I didn't know

Can you free roam once the main story line has been completed?

Probably, was possible in 1 so I see no reason why it wouldn't be possible in 2.

I believe so, yes. Preferably you would start your second playthrough to actually get loot for your level though.

Tried it anyway, was already bored after 15 minutes.
Will it actually get any better? I ain't even in the main town yet (or whatever it is that stupid robot is leading me to) and quited the game.
Feels like B1 which also seemed to get boring real fast.
The art style is awesome though, can not complain about that. And was running smooth so far.
Or does Co-op really add that much value to it? seems the same to me but with others running around me.
