Honestly, i personally find it a dickmove by them.
I can understand that they do it for people that buy via steam directly... but to give every cheap russian key 2 versions...

How is it a dick move? A dick move would be locking RU titles into RU language only ... oh... wait... they did that  I agree it's strange having two copies, it would have been simpler not region or language locking the RU ones, just making sure RU can only play against RU, but hey.. they're giving non-RU copies as well, so that's not what I'd call a dick move. |
Well yeah, what they did isn't fair either, locking them to play only with other Russians, yeah. But locking the language aswell...
But like i said, they could had applied this to steam store only purchases, then they would had still be fair to those that got fucked in the ass by it, and still fuck them wanting to be cheap back 
And with dick move, i mean towards the legit buyers.

 Spoiler: | There was an evil medic boss you kill for zed and you're supposed to loot his corpse for the gun...as in actually click on the body. I ran out of ammo for the thing but standard assault rifle bullets refill it. At that point I was able to kill any bandits, they didn't have to be in that area. So if you remember the guy, try finding his corpse if you're still in the area. Since bosses respawn maybe he would come back again if you already left the zone? |

No he is right, at first you should be punished for being cheap, but instead you get rewarded which is a dickmove.
I personally dont care about it, even if ive paid 60€ for Premier Club & Season Pass.
And yes Sabin, i have a little amount of money each month aswell, but tbh i think this game deserves to be paid.

Legit = bought via steamstore, cheap = bought via key reseller, i don't mean to use those words to make difference in the persons that actually bought it.
And with the "pissed off that i bought 4pack" thing, i mean that i'm pissed to not get it cheap myself, back then i expected such a thing would happen (atleast only being able to play with russians), hence why i bought the legit one for once (once again legit being via steam store).

Maybe because people buy retail games? That's what the online keystores sell, and because of that the people who buy retail are cheap and not legit? It wouldn't be fair to do this for Steam copies and not retail ones...

Yup and they work perfectly BUT you have to copy the files from your old randomnumberfolder into the new one.
EG: 76561198976080381" was my old folder in MyDocs, containing profile.bin and save001.dat, moving those into the new "76561197965229974" folder worked perfectly.

It's great isn't it? I'm at Badass Level 1500 or so and had dozens of tokens to put into bonuses for combat, they're only small bonuses... 3% here, 2.6% there, etc, but they add up quite nicely.
