Well if you do get $5 trade in then there might be some good games you can get for free in the future. Wasn't Fear 3 about that price?

Release version was buggy as hell. Patches fixed something and broke something else. I would say it's a same fuck up as Homefront.

The patches fixed a lot of bugs both performance and gameplay wise, the only thing the game needs is more people playing, since it's a very solid shooter Smile

Also the new update will introduce even more interesting stuff

They fucked up the release of the game, but TWI is listening and caring what the "community" wants. Gameplay is great. people just tend to overreact and bash down everything that isn't exactly as they expected.

Rolling Eyes overreact? lol - that's just funny... 1000s of ppl overreact to a game that runs like a bag of fuckin' spanners on release and for months afterwards. I think it's more a case of people losing the will to live waiting for TWI to give them a game that was worth the price they paid for it... still waiting as well btw... oh nm there's DayZ now Very Happy

I am not speaking of performance problems or bugs. I am meaning that some people wanted an exact copy of RO1 and because they didn't receive it they rated the game down, even though after most performance problems have been fixed.

Nope most ppl just wanted a better game that worked, including the most ardent RO1 fanboys and yeah they didn't like certain aspects - but those are the still guys that stuck around and keep playing anyway and the ones TWI made classic for. You can't seriously say that the huge majority who gave up were pissed off RO1 anoraks? They weren't. They were mostly new players who thought the game was shit... simple as that.

They are listening my ass. Of course they want to make the game as good as possible but first the game was released too early, second patch fixed something and broke something else, third people lost patience with them because the game was too broken to be fixed with a few patches. Now it's almost impossible to get those players back because they are already playing something else.

I love Killing Floor and I would like to see the sequal with a new engine etc but Red Orchestra 2 was a flop like it or not.

my referral for greenmangaming if someone needs one http://www.greenmangaming.com/?gmgr=bidanare

so i checked all civ5 deals, apart from waiting for gmg credit, the best thing would be getting it on steam like this:

if you already have civ 5, get: babylon+cradle pack+spain&inca+polynesia+vicking&explorerpack+kor ea&ancientpack=7.9 usd

if you don't have civ5, get: civ5goty+korea&ancientpack=10.76

since steam offer goes until monday depending on timezone, i guess it's recommended to first wait for gmg saturday credit and see if you can use it to get some of the stuff there
