Yeah, you may never, ever extrapolate from a demo and/or leak... unless your conclusions are fanboy approved positive - then, and only then, you may.
Rubbish.
Just like I knew from the first few minutes of DXHR, that I will love it, I can tell from other games as well, and such small leaps of logic don't constitute rocket science - everyone can do them, it's just not "politically correct".
But fuck political correctness, anyway.
The UI I think is worse, than skyrim's, probably because it will be a lot harder to mod out. That is if modders deem the game important enough for the PC to begin with, and I have my doubts about that.

Based on what I've seen it uses LUA and XML files so it might be possible to modify it, however if they're compiled it will get a bit trickier, also of course it depends on how the game reads such files.
(The content is inside those .big format archives with sound and bik movies separated to other folders plus the language files.)

Yeah, modifying it a bit, yes, but making them slot based - which is by far the best approach for PC, that's not going to happen soon, I'd wager.

Didn't like it. I'm just fed up with these console rpg's tbh. Auto aim, bad controls, bad UI, old tech, generic as fuck. I'd have to be pretty desperate to waste any more time with this one.

Just played. Ugly console shit. Impossible to play with this FOV. Inventory is terrible. Graphically it's rubbish. Avoid if You can!!!

I finally managed to give the demo a quick try and I must admit that I didn't dislike it. It's incredibly consolized, from the interface to the layout and the graphics (which are very old-gen), but this doesn't come as a surprise to me.
There seem to be some bugs as well but overall I think it can actually be a decent "RPG lite". Nothing impressive of course, since also the story/characters are generic as hell..we'll see

Is there any way un-map the arrow keys from controlling the camera in this consolized piece of shit?
I use arrow keys for movement, and thus bound w=up a=left etc. in glove pie, the problem being that when I move the camera tilts due to the forced mappings. Can't seem to find an editable controls.ini file, and there's no way in hell I'll be playing an RPG with a fucking controller. Why the fuck map the camera to the arrow keys in the first place, the mouse already fucking moves it (imagine fucking that!)
I can never be free, because the shackles I wear can't be touched or be seen.

While I did enjoy the demo, that guy is talking out of his ass. Unless the final build is significantly better than what I saw in the demo, it's absolute bullshit. The game is comparable to Fable (which I enjoyed and finished), I guess that guy is comparable to Molyneux (who claimed Fable would redefine RPG).

idk something about this game has attracted me from the get-go. the graphics are pretty lackluster, but the game itself doesn't seem too bad. the UI is definitely not pc oriented and you gotta hit too many buttons/click too many things to get to where you want to, which sucks...
but i'd buy it, i won't preorder it and i don't think i'd wanna pay $60 for it. but it seems like a decent title, plus curt shilling

I think I'll buy this one. The combat veriety is really, really great. GOW like combat meets with different character specializations, with combo classes I could even play this one 2-3 times.
So, do you think any steam keys will be avaible for purchase? I don't like keeping my games on Origin, and steam-store prices are pretty high.
Let me put it like this: It costs 120 TL for a game from Steam store(With origin charging euros, it costs even more-170 TL and above). Retail keys usually costs 35-50 TL here. So you do the math
So, as I asked, could it be possibly to find Steam keys? Or they'll all be Origin/EA?

It's not a Steamworks game, so the chances of stores selling steamkeys is very slim.

I get a black screen when the game is supposed to start ^^a
The sound play as it should, and then when one "wakes up" i can see the inventory screen AND the mini map, and i can see my dude moving on the mini map but still only seeing the inventory screen.
I have a 4870 1 gig with 11.12 drivers., Win 7 64.
Great demo!!

I had the same problem. Fixed it by turning off all the extra graphics things like shadows and post processing. It's probably caused by one of them so you could just try turning them off one by one to see which one causes it.

You can only visit a portion of the original map. There is a huge world to explore in the full game.
But don't expect something like Skyrim.

Ofc it was an exaggeration, but it does look like something from 2007 or so.
For example Drakensang came in late 2008 and looks better imo, 3 years...

I'd say that graphically speaking it's just slightly better than the best looking games for the Xbox1. It doesn't look like a game from this generation (the cartoonish style also contributes a lot) but with some forced AA/AF actually it's not THAT bad
