there is a bug/exploit in metro (no idea how they do it tho).
The hallway leading to B (the grind choke point on the right side), somehow you can get stuck behind the wall above it (at least from the killcam it looks like it), making you invulnerable and able to hit anyone around B (far far).
So next time you get killed at B and dont know from where, it might just be that.
That first one kinda hard to report as his profile doesn't somehow work. Anyways everyone on that first page is a cheater, DICE made a nice service, hope they would use it too.
Even better take a look at their friends/clans and you'll find even more. I'm sure it's a gray area, but if you play with a cheater, that makes you immune as well or if you happen to be in a vehicle you get tons of points just sitting there.
Which of the awards is it? The only related award I could find is the Air-Warfare medal. He's only got it once (for getting 30 times the air warfare ribbon).
EDIT: seems to me the 26 million points in vehicles come from capping flags in ground vehicles. Looks like stat padding but I could be wrong.
in regards to anti cheat methods... just release a minor update that scrambles the address location of certain hooks on a weekly basis, implement a checksum check on joining a server, or randomly during play, add a 3 day grace period where (for new players) their stats are not publicly recorded and are monitored for cheating, introduce PB Hardware bans.
There's many things they can do to really hurt these hackers/cheats, but they will not cull further profit gains for the people already playing.
if they really cared they would be owning these bitches with perma-ban hammers and making the cheats have to buy a new pc if they want to cheat again, link that in with hardware guid tracking that will ban all accounts associated with that machine and boom.
addition:
Also, they have access to all the servers in the world.
If a player has been reported, and is showing "symptoms of cheating" then they can log in and "view from his eyes" on the server for confirmation...
I know this will take man power and time, but as i said, if they really cared they would make the effort.
Once the new player revenue stream has dipped you can guarantee that this will fade into obscurity and never be revisited. a year down the line and this game will only be community policed with no official support.

I've seen vid of an exploit there, maybe the one you are talking about. It's got to do with the MAV exploit that so many people are using right now to get on high buildings or the highways on Tehran. The same exploit can be used to get onto the "ceiling" above the actual Metro map and shoot dwon from there.
Yeah it happened to me too, some guy on the russian team had 64-2, he was landing all his grenades right in the middle of the us team killing 3 or 4 with each grenade, I switched teams to check where he was but couldn't find him...
Here's why:
This is a very neat addon. Take a look at it. Among other things when you clicn on a weapon pci for details it will show you advanced stats (damage/rof/recoil), graphs, etc.

Would take a few minutes to figure out the new offsets (addresses aren't hardcoded obviously), not very hard. It would slow it down slightly, but stop cheaters? Far from it

Really? Ever run a league or cup? I have. Even with just 64 teams / players participating, that's a day job for 2-3 people to do it properly. Really not that easy.
What they need is a better detection method than CrapBuster, which hasn't stopped any real cheats (because the cheaters that don't get caught are the ones paying for them - and don't be mistaken, there's a lot of them) in over a decade for any game. Still, BF3 has nowhere near the amount of cheaters other popular games have
