Although I've only played a few rounds with you, I've never seen you getting anything close to 51-3 on a map where you have RPG's, point holding switching frequently between teams and vehicles levelling the building where you might be hiding/shooting from.
Add to that the fact that I shot his ass near the end, along with one team-mate, same distance for both. Team-mate died, this guy endured at least half an M27 IAR clip and was at ~33% health so yeah, I call bullshit.
On that round, at least.

Well constant over 10 hours is impossible anyway, wait times, respawn times, load times and so on...
I would say that over a course of 10 hours playing maybe the average of 2 kills per min with sniper, should be doable... prolly even 3..

Well, since I've really "grown" to hate snipers on the few MP games that I've played to the point of NEVER using the class (except for maybe 2-3 rounds on BC2), then yeah that wasn't obvious for me.

checking on battlelog through some of the better humpers, its rare people even get 1-1.2 kills per minute , with any kind of weapon, over an extended time (over 2 hours used).

I met my first one too yesterday. Sniping people in the head from way across the map with a supressed F2000 even through buildings.
Now this and getting killed in tanks by snipers... Some of these hacks have "visual kill" function. i.e you kill everyone you see or being spotted by teammates or being shown by WH.
That hints a bad coding by devs to me. Not that I'm saying they suck... that's just... wrong.

It's got nothing to do with bad coding, every anti-cheat method can be circumvented. There's a reason no leagues rely on any of these methods though, it's because they're all unreliable. Neither VAC nor PB work perfectly. The only method of truly catching them is by using thirdparty tools that make screenshots and upload them in the background. For smaller leagues that's fine, but even with community fueled reporting that would be far too much work for DICE to handle

Exactly, compared to what some of us have seen in other mp games in 2011 this game is relatively clean
I was playing on Sin's CQ NFOhump server y-day and there were at least two cheaters during two rounds of Wake, one I only saw indirectly through people thanking whomever for banning him. The other one had 50 something kills a few seconds into a fresh new round, w/o anyone dying on the other team .
Hit registration was client side in the BETA, not sure if it still is, but I thought one way to stop insane mass killings from hackers is to use server side hit registration?
Still wouldn't fix the aimbot and wallhacking though.

Actually killing *through* objects depends on the game, not all games have some form of bullet penetration.
Edit: and for the record, *all* of the above had far more cheaters than BF3 has. Almost 139H spent in-game and I've come across a whopping 3 cheaters
