I think because everything has already been done in porn it's like there has to be a new level. AND...that new level is more 'risky' then before. Things are taken further and further.
When I was smoking a lot of weed, it brought me in contact with some very interesting people. We would pool our money together to get better deals. Larger amounts from bigger people. I knew these escort girls. They had some interesting stories. 'Hot plates' shit on face with cling wrap. It was the only way for that guy to get off. They described it that he was so desensitized with everything else, and that is what was left.
They would laugh about all the guys that would want to go down on them. They had like 4 clients that day. Or the guys would call in and ask for clean feet.

For me it's never "worse" stuff, I am blasé about any porn that doesn't involve real emotion, ie. the guy/girl being horny.
