I always wanted to know how long I can stay up without any sleep. I'm at the 26 hour mark right now (I know, that's nothing for the average pc gamer ) and had 2 meals the whole time.
So, I'm thinking about making this more interesting.
How about just drinking coffee or some coke, without eating anything until I really, reaaaallyy, reeeeeaaalllyyy have to sleep ? //edit: alright, screw that. I'm eating some cookies now xD
Is that too dangerous? silly question, I'm sure it is. But I have this week off and I'm literally bored to death.
I think the best way to stay up is to hear loud music and always do stuff?...dunno about playing a game, that could make me more sleepy I think =/...
what was your max. hours before you really had to take a long nap?

I've done a couple of days..almost 2 1/2..your mind starts doing some wild things man.. You hallucinate..fall asleep standing up.. it's hard to explain. Every waking moment is like an out of b ody experience.
More than a day for me, but that was during summer, and we were on a concert so we stayed up all night and have to wait until morning for our ferry back to the island where we stayed...
But I don't do that. I like my sleep :3

aight, almost at 31 hours and I have already minor headaches and I'm doing a lot of typing errors . I'll take a 10 min. walk outside, maybe some fresh air would be good :>
(I'm still online in steam as some of you can see it, I'm not not cheating, not going to sleep! :>)
Meh staying awake for 48+ hours is quite easy when being used to go to lanparty every month (not anymore but when i was young.).
Didn't trust anyone there, so i just kept myself feeding BAWLS Guarana and stayed awake

It's not dangerous to stay up for days on end (unless you have some congenital/chronic illness that may be affected negatively). The brain is always working whether you're asleep or awake (just in different modes).
