Link me to some, please? If they're all saying that, it should be easy I ask because I'm at 11hrs so far and it doesn't look like it's stopping any time soon... and the early indications all pointed to 16-17hrs. |

My second, where I completed every side-mission, every job board assignment, every courier mission, and most of the races, took eight hours and 50 minutes. RAGE ends so abruptly that I didn't realize it was over until the final cutscene began. I was left wondering what had happened. |

I had high hopes for this game, but, God, it sucks hard.I also loved Quake/Doom games, but any upcoming sequels are officially dead to me.

... and it's definitely not a 3.3. 8.0 more like it, should have and could have been more, it's just a tad too linear (though it's an Id game and they specialise in guided shooters)

Indeed, its not the uber best game we all expected, but its a fairly good game anyway (compared to quality these days) and worth playing atleast once.

I see. Is there a way to make screenshots directly with the game? I believe that's what the "seta image_screenshotquality 100" command is for. If yes, how and where does the game save them?

Hm.. This worked for Doom 3.. It should be similar(?)

I'm playing (or better, trying to play) on hard and thanks to the low framerate/constant lag on my side I'm finding the game quite challenging

That didn't work, so I asume it is not.
Edit: My bad. It seems it is like that, but it saves them in the Saved Games folder. I thought it was the game's folder. One problem though, it's just a .jpg and it only took one screenshot, even though I pressed F12 3 times.

PC?
Did you miss the fact I derped and got a PS3?
BTW, good to see you post again! Where did you go? |
Well i moved to London because of a job contract and that tooked most of my free time.
But anyway the guy was talking about Pc Goty. That's why i draw your attention to killzone 3. Killzone 3 a awesome game wich i personally wished that they could release it on pc for some mouse and keyboard action. But that would most likely never happend.

not if you have an ATI GPU
if your nvidia then |
I'm playing just fine on AMD GPU here...
1 thing i have to give good credit to this game tho, the AI of mutants is AMAZING when it comes to terrain usage, climb over objects/cars and so on just to get to you. instead of just running around objects.

|
 |
Hi
The first disk installs OK but disk 2 gets stuck at virtualtextures/wasteland1.pages.
The message I get is: 'An error occured while trying to copy a file: the source file is corrupted. '
This seems unlikely as all the disks extracted fine. I am running Windows 7 32, have over 35 GB free for installation.
I assume I cannot just skip this file?
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated
