if i remember anything from my half an MSCE; you're fucked. but i could be wrong, there's probably a cool tool that does this. i think you need to make it a dynamic volume in that tab if you want to resize it, but i dunno.

no it wont let you because the free space is at the end there it needs to be before E
You need to basically killl E i think if i remember with windows cruddy system and then u can do what u need to do.. but if u got shit on E i dont think u can manage this with windows disk manager..

you can do it with partition magic or other such software (i don't know if partition magic works on modern windowses), but it will take hours to move all the data
you only have to empty the second partition in simple apps like windows' own

I had the same problem; solved it with acronis disk director by re-sizing the partition to occupy the free space and then re-sizing it again to clear some free space next to the OS partition.
