I'm on Win7x64 too. Use the wx360.exe file, then open the iso, explore the files you want, right click and extract. Very easy.

doesn't work here, i hate it Sad can't select anything after opening the iso, i thought only special drives could read an xbox iso :S

Here's my screen:

Very nice, i get an error when i try to explore the iso. Maybe you can upload the english sound pack Smile

For the ones interested ... I found a possible workaround to simulateAA . It's not real MSAA but a downsampling trip , all the detail and kudos go to this forum http://www.forum-3dcenter.org/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=454129 . It's kinda easy to do it but It can be a performance hog. Hope it helps

UK peeps get it ALL the time dude, English developers release shit in the US ages before they do in the UK/EU, its the nature of the beast [huge populations+ their cash=dickinass to smaller markets]

Although you could argue that the UK/EU spending power increasingly matches and exceeds the US, at the moment anyway.

argh.. damn. just ignore me Sad

Works perfectly.

I suggest NFO creates a trophy for services rendered to the community, something like 'The Jack Sparrow Award for Diligence In The Face Of Adversity' and award it to Beckman and Sir Lancellot.

Only JBeckman is suitable for such a prize, as he has helped people more than once with stuff like this.
Also Lancellot only uploaded a file.

Hehe, I did start with the audio and other localized content but had a bit of work today, nice to see that the audio files were uploaded by another user in the meantime.

So to summarize grab the strings.pak file and put it in the \Data\Compiled\

Then download the audio pack (Optional but recommended, I'm working on the two other packs in the X360 ISO and four of the movie files.) you don't need to remove the Russian audio but it'll save a gigabyte of disk space.

Then go back and open the INI folder, edit the ConfigDefault.xml and search for Russian, you should get two results close to one another for the audio and text localization the game will use, edit at least the text string to the language you want to use and if you have the audio pack files edit the other one as well.

Finally download the localized Intro.bik movie file and place it in the "\Data\Extern\Videos" folder overwriting the other ones, while there (Mentioned previously but I'll say it again.) open logos.ini and empty it to remove start videos.
(I'm still trying to activate the console plus I posted some tweaks a few pages back, still testing a lot of stuff.)

Should be everything in a bit better order. Smile

EDIT: Just to put everything in place.
(EDIT: Seems the post below contains everything.)

In short. We need:

1 - Russian Release + GCW MI

2 - Intro File

http://www.sendspace.com/file/gtgruq
(Place in the "X:\Risen\Data\Extern\Videos" folder.)

3 - Change the ConfigDefault.xml line Subtitles=Russian to what you want to use instead.

4 - Download strings.pak

http://rapidshare.com/files/286098367/strings.pak

Place the file in "X:\Risen\Data\Compiled\ "

4 - English audio file (compressed with 7-Zip):

Part 1: http://www.sendspace.com/file/nvug85

Part 2: http://www.sendspace.com/file/amrak4

Place the file in x:\Risen\data\compiled\

I´ll upload a RS mirror just in case some of you have rs.
