Fuck this shit, i went to the seaside and cut my foot in a fucking stupid seashell, it hurts like shit and my foot is like a melon now .

But yes, I agree, it sounds bad. I think any injury sustained at the beach tends to hurt like hell though, usually because it's to more sensitive and painful parts of your body like your feet.

You should sanitize the wound tho, as it can get really messy (with puss and all).

Urine is toxin, no matter how clean or not piss may be. What if you have urinary tract infection and you pee on your wound?
Clean it and as Geordie said use antiseptic. If it gets better then great, if your thumb (leg or whatever) grows twice in size then go to doctors...
