Don't feel bad you have a hard time understanding it, even some danes have a hard part understanding the danish parts Smile
That's way, this year with it's 4'th rerun, they have decided to subtitle it. A danish show, with danish subtiltes.
I also just used google. The norwegian one is from 1994, and the danish one is from 1991. They also made a version in finland in 1997.

Heh, I always thought it sounded like a norwegian speaking with a throat full of porridge, trying to clear the throat while talking. Wink

ps. I grew up on the Swedish versions of these movies (which were only loosely based on the danish original, they became movies with their own scripts) called Jönsson-ligan.

(the only reason they came out well was because of the actor doing the lead character, Gösta Ekman): http://au.youtube.com/watch?v=FSPXIMCAYW0

What are you guys talking about? Pics or anything?

The only Advent Calender I know is the one with chocolates. Like it starts on Dec 1st and goes to Dec 25 and has a chocolate in each slot.

Is that what y'all talkin about?

That is kinda funny, when I think of an advent cal I think of chocolates too. I guess for me the 'advent' of the day is a tiny piece of chocolate, hence advent calander. I don't eat chocolate but I still get excited.
