Well, the scene is pwned too, since a "non-scener" cracked this release before them and you'd expect the scene groups would have more manpower and knowledge to release a crack early.

he's right, mini-image seems not to be required, game also starts fine without it Smile
unfortunately can't go back to the original lang.ini as I've just overwritten it and can't be arsed to reinstall Laughing

I only used the modified EXE and Paul.dll file and everything works like it should, didn't need the registry file as I was already activated and the EXE was modified to remove the CD check. (Found on that RlsLog website linked to on the previous page, seems to be the IND versions EXE crack together with Darkcoders Paul.dll crack.)

Darkc0der was the one to crack Bioshock too .. and he was non-scene. What happened? All the "scene" groups jumped all over him, they bashed him all over the place because his crack wasn't "proper" Rolling Eyes

The "scene" is getting worse every day. The old greats no longer exist :-\

I guess we'll see a "proper" scene release later this day or tomorrow bashing him in the nfo while they stole his work.

Good that he's still willing to put some effort into cracking games, a lot of people are thankful for the things he achieved Very Happy

I used this "alone.exe" (by iND ?)
And the "Paul.dll" (by DarkC0der)
I also use the "securom.reg" from the DarC0der pack.
The "lang.ini" is not needed.
Mini-image is also not needed.

Anybody can tell me where is the DarkC0der notes please ?

i find that f****** hilarious...3 days after i finally buy it somewhere cheap for my xbox, it gets suddenly cracked for pc Laughing

maybe, maybe not. but now a release is much more possible cuz even if he doesn't tell anybody how he did it, someone could at least reverse engineer the AITD crack and use the technique for bionic commando

maybe bionic commando uses an advanced version of securom - so what?

afaik mass effect and aitd also had "advanced" securom (in comparison to bioshock) and the got cracked too. just be patient Wink
