Fuck me it hurts. My eyes are watering and my nose is running. In fact, my upper right eyelid is burning so bad like like the entrance to my right nostril.

Why?

I ordered a late night pizza. I always keep at least a bottle or two of Poppamie's Fire Demon hot sauce. It's carolina reaper + chili extract, basically 11/10 in heat. It's the hottest sauce I've managed to find that I don't have to import from the US.

I didn't notice that I had gotten a little on my right index finger. I only knew once I had scratched my eye and nose.

Oh well, it's not the first time and most likely not the last time either. Anyway, the pizza was good.

Been there done that. Par for the course when you love spicy stuff. If you've tried, how would you compare it to Buldak x2 or x3 noodle sauce?

They're not really comparable since they're slightly different things. Fire Demon is a lot hotter since it's concentrated as opposed to Buldak sauce. A table spoon of buldak x2/x3 sauce is really hot. A table spoon of Fire Demon is hell.

One bottle of Fire Demon lasts me at least 1.5-2 months. A teaspoon in the pasta sauce gives a nice burn with a pleasant lingering heat. When I put drops on the pizza it can sometimes be too much but hey, that's fine for us chili heads. Wink

Poppamies is a Finnish company making and selling chili products and recently some other stuff like BBQ sauces etc.

I might give it a try. I'm a big fan of nduja. I might squeeze a few drops into that, mix it a bit and apply to the pizza.

My friend bought me 2x Buldak hot sauce bottles as a present today, good stuff since noodles are like 0.5 euro, and i just buy those expensive Buldak's for the hot flavor, not for the noodles themselves.

Hot sauce in the eye is a classic Embarassed i remember once when it splashed into one of my eyes while eating, that was... not great.

My capsaicin senses are tingling.
It seems, just by reading this my esophagus got irritated, and I have a heartburn already.

I'm an idiot #2

I upgraded my internet from 100/100 to 250/250 last week. The day after I got an e-mail saying it was done and I had 250/250.

No matter what I did I could still only reach 100/100. I checked everything (or so I thought) on my PC and my router settings to no avail. I contacted customer support but they saw no problems on their end. They got my router's (WAN) IP and MAC etc. but no bueno.

For some reason I was sure it was the router and I figured maybe one of the tp-cables was bad. Last evening I disconnected the cable between router and wall socket and connected it to my PC.

I suddenly had 250/250 (actually 270/270). I tried the other cable. 250/250 again. So it was the router. I returned cables to where they had been from start and opened up the routers config page again.

After 15 minutes of going through every damn settings I clicked the QoS item and what I saw smacked me in the face. It was set to on with:
Bandwidth limiter: 100/100.

WTF. Why was that enabled!?!? And set to 100/100?

Rage

Oh well, at least I know nothing is wrong with cables, PC or router.
