because if we run it, we both can use 20Mbit downloads, i installed connectify which is dispatching traffic, and now pc is using both connections for dl/ul, but now both wi fi are downloading at half speed 4-5 Mbit's, i click round robin in settings to max out both connections but it's no go, half speed from both wi fi's, will try that pfsense thank you
EDIT: Maybe it has something to do with channels on wi fi routers?
EDIT 2: Did it, i changed both routers to channel 1 and now it's downloading at 16Mbit, but speed is dropping to 4 Mbit's, damn, will try to play more with that channels.

and what about duplicate IP range, connectify gives me error that both wi fi networks using same IP range, and that speed can drop down, and it's dropping down, i't not constant 16Mbit.

Getting them to "multiplex" is tough and perhaps not even possible on your gear.
It would simply be easier to create two separate networks (with two IP's) and split the download in half, one on Net #1 and the other half on Net #2.
Of course, if your neighbour use the internet for downloading at the same time your speed will drop to half of that or less (if you share both connections).
Connectify Dispatch is an application that lets you send a torrent to one thread (one WiFi-interface) and another to the second WiFi-interface. There's afaik no way to "team" two separate WiFi-networks to work as one.

he is not using now internet, and i got it working, utorrent is now downloading at 14Mbit, peak was 16 Mbit, but my 9Mbit and his 11Mbit is 20Mbit's, i don't know why utorrent is dl'ing at 14Mbit's and not 18-19-20 Mbits.

I can only guess that the bridging service in Windows (if that's what you're using) is sending threads to the least-stressed wifi-channel.
And when it comes to WiFi you can't go by "11+9", you must take overhead into account. 17mbit/s seems perfectly good for that setup.

i did removed bridge connection and leave it that way, installed connectify dispatch, under settings clicked max out both connections (round robin), clicked start dispatch and it's working, peak 16.96 Mb/s, but second wi fi (neighbours) is dropping speed, every 15 seconds drop to 2Mb/s but it gain speed quickly.

Ah, I was initially surprised that you could bridge two WiFi-connections and get it working like that but Connectify Dispatch is the best software solution to get separate WiFi-networks working on one PC in tandem.

Don't do 1+1 it doesn't work in this case. You'll always lose speed with that kind of setup.
