I found out that putting fine diced onions on burgers really give a great taste to them
I also make my own 'mayo' recipe for coating the buns: mayo, mustard, sour cream, salt, red paprika mix, splash of lemon juice, and you're done
Oh, and putting lettuce on this also works wonders
They do look great tho

Protip: When making hot sandwiches, first rub some garlic into the bread, then apply some butter, then finely dice the garlic and put it on the bread. After that you make hot sandwich as you do, I go with: tomato sauce, dry oregano, some type of salami, cheese. And pop it in the oven.
The garlic adds such great taste... It's to die for!

Made myself some chicken vindaloo.
Normally I prepare it in the oven but if you want to eat it fast, just slice the chicken into small pieces and put it on a pan
And the finished product. If you decide to make it in the oven, don't slice the chicken and let it wait in the sauce for ~4-10 hours at a chilled place and then for ~40 minutes at 220°C in the oven.
Normally I use 10% fatty yoghurt (greek style preferred), forrest honey, chickenbreast and Vindaloo Curry paste
but I went for sweetener and 2% yoghurt instead, because of my low carb/low fat/high protein diet.

Damn Pumpy, that looks amazing..I've never tried Vindaloo Curry, but if I manage to find some paste here (it's not easy) I'll try it.
Sometimes I "cook" myself chicken with honey-beer sauce instead, pretty good too

In my wildest dreams I would never mix rice with potatoes.

Ok, needing some help! A friend of mine was in Sweden and bought me something called "Pulled pork" thanks Norway for out non existent food culture. I had never heard of it before. Any suggestions how to eat it? Been googling a bit, but not really satisfied with what suggestions i've seen.

Isn't pulled pork the end result? Like you get a tough part of pork, slow cook it and then "pull" it?
