Looks good. PSU is a bit overkill for that build, but at least you picked a good unit (Seasonic build). In fact, it's pretty much flawless performance wise

I own that MSI motherboard, and there are a couple of things of which you need to be aware.
First, MSI motherbards don't seem to support any kind of voltage offsets for overclocking at present. What that means is that when you set you CPU Vcore coltage manually when you overclock, it will always remain at that voltage, even when your CPU downclocks on idle or on lesser loads. The only way around it is to leave the voltage on Auto, which works fine, but will probably give you a higher voltage for the overclock than what you would set manually, since those things tend to play it safe.
Second, be sure to update the BIOS. I am not sure if they are shipping the boards with the updated versions now, but the one that was on the board by default has some annoying glitches: possible mouse control issues in BIOS setup (worked fine for me); system can hang on boot if certain USB devices are connected - the 360 controller being a good example... The worst one was when some kind of a failure happened when restarting an overclocked system, marking the BIOS as damaged, which made the system switch from primary to secondary BIOS and then failing to boot at all on the second attempt (The third attempt would load the primary BIOS again).
All that was fixed in the later BIOS releases, so it's all good now, but it could cause a scare if you are caught unaware

I'm on the same mobo as Zip and I can confirm that it's actually pretty awesome (though I'm not a super-expert either heh ). Your new build is great btw
