It's probably different in Israel, here in the states only like one provider carries them (AT&T i think), and the quality is freaking horrendous. I talk to people on their iPhones at my job and it sounds like we're using two cans and a string.

Fuuu I want to JB it now, but it is has a carrier unlock and there is only tethered JB for 4.2.1!! 
But the untethered ones should be out soon, so... But I ain't wasting a dime on "apps" or games.
