Wait what? Tell me that in the 'good old days' you were smaller... Because even @ 180cm 80kg seems skinny...
I would say form 85 to 95 is ok at that height...

80kg is 12st (or 176lbs)... and that's not skinny for someone who's 6ft, that's about average really :\ 56-60 is skinny, which is what I used to be >_< I've put on a lot of weight lately, luckily it spreads nice and even all over. Now I'm 6' and weigh around 82kg.

@sabin: Here they say you get some 15kg when you get married (it comes with your wife )

many of you are overwheight, not many are underweight. |
I've always had a pretty decent BMI. My last checkup revealed a BMI of 22.5, which is pretty much in the middle of "ideal weight"

i read somewhere that the weight of the skeleton of 2 similar build persons can differ up to 10 kg
meaning that guidebook rules about skinny or overweight are nuts
best way to check if you are to fat:
grab your skin in the waist: pick an inch and you're too fat

lol bmi really means shit. When I was 86 kilos it looked alright, no belly and so on. I just needed a little bit more training to shape my body up.
My legs are very strong and muscular and I'm sure that a big portion of my weight is coming from there

BMI is borderline useless when comparing single individuals that represent an extreme. This should be obvious to anyone with a brain. However it is the only adequate, and adequate it is at least, tool for measuring health in relation to weight on a broader demographic.
8 out of 10 dentists prefer zipfero to competing brands(fraich3 and Mutantius)!

true dat. my posts were aimed at those above talking about being over/underweight based on height and weight alone.
the whole weight talk is useless anyway - a good look in the mirror is all it takes.

hmm I feel like you're talking to(about) me here bushwacka so I'll let you know that I was far from 100% serious when I linked the bmi chart and said most of you are overweight. My own damn fault since text is hardly the best medium to convey dry humour or sarcasm..
