you can ping them ?
try google dns if not.
Configure your network settings to use the IP addresses 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 as your DNS servers or
put this in browser : 103.10.4.216
works ?

Tried the good ol' ipconfig /release /renew /flushdns? Though it's kinda strange that Firefox gives you this problem whereas Chrome is fine.
It happened to me too some weeks ago, and turned out it was my ISP's fault (as per usual). Thankfully they fixed it...after days..and days. xD
