Enjoyed it. Played it a few days ago. I imagine it could be frustrating over time in a big game but as a concept its pretty cool. Keep levels short and also the touch of flavor of story at the end could make it very fun to play.

"Moving" also means eyes/head, so if you move the mouse then time passes ... slowly, yes, but it does pass.
