Power supply. Get a Corsair or Antec, should keep you on/near budget with a more reliable power source. Besides this looks good.
Oh and just saw the part about mobo. I'd recommend a p45 or x38 chipset, any board by asus or gigabyte should be good.
And also since you mention upping your budget by a bit, I would highly recommend a 4870, you will get a nice lil boost over the 4850 in games for just a small amount. Got my 2nd 4870 for just a lil over 200usd on sale.

Any tips on a Motherboard that fits all of those parts?

Me too will buy same cpu or the 2.66GHz and this mobo and 6gigs of ram
GIGABYTE GA-EP45-UD3L
looks decent for me and its only 100$ gigabyte makes solid MB,
it has 6 sata ports, one slot for video card, hardly a con if you dont play on doing SLI
I will be ordering it probably sat/sun depending if i win this CPU from ebay currently sitting at 61$ and still has almost 3 days wrrr

Ok cool, seems like a solid MB.
Do you think I could run my setup + that MB with a 550W corsair PSU?

Alright, this is the new setup :
DVD-burner/reader: Nec Optiarc DVD-brännare AD-7200S SATA Silver
PSU: Corsair 550W PFC V2.2 120mm
RAM-Memory: DDR2 800 4096MB TwinX 2x2GB (Corsair)
CPU: Intel E8400 Core2Duo (3.00GHz) 6MB, FSB1333, S775, BOX
GFX:GF GTX 260 896MB PCI-E 2.0 (Asus)
Hard drive: SATA2 Terabyte 1.5TB 7200RPM 32MB NCQ Seagate Barracuda
Chassi: Coolermaster Miditower Elite-334
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-EP45-DS3L, S775, P45, 4xDDR2, PCI-E, GLAN
So that is the setup, do you think 550W is enough to power those components?

You should be fine. I have a corsair 620w powering two vid cards and an oc'd dualcore plus 4 hdds. Run stress tests and never run into lockups/bsods. The Great thing about Corsair psu's is that they only give the bare minimum to the rails that are power hungry, ie everything but the 12v. If you compare specs, you will see that psus in the 700-800 range give less too the cpu and vid card than a Corsair in the 500-600 range.
Of course, if you will be adding a second vid card and/or upgrading to quad core in near future, you might want a lil bit more juice. I am probably upgrading mine soon since it is never a good idea to run a psu at max for long.

Alright, so I bought the comp but i've ran into trouble.
When I start the comp the CPU fan doesn't start but all the other extra fans start that are connected to the motherboard. The result of this is that no bios or anything start up, i just get a digital/analog switch on my monitor for 2-3 times then it shuts off.
What seems to be the problem?
