Unless the developers are idiots who cant optimise games, 6600 GT should be enough to play it on high.

Probably a leak but they don't care to have it taken down from mirrors because nobody can run it anyway...

Description: AGEIA PhysX Accelerator (Yes, it is required!) Windows XP Intel or AMD CPU 2 GHz + 1 GB RAM DirectX 9 compliant Graphics Card
.. greaaaat... already there are games that require that crap.. bye bye gaming for us.. it's more expensive than a good video card and only does physics.. if i had the money i would buy a 7800GT.. and i dont think that in my country (romania) there is any ageia PhysX untill the summer.. fuck game advancement.. we need better games not more expensive hardware.. optimisation is the key of success

you can see how shitty it is just by looking on the "with" and "without" screens on their web site..
can you say 300$ for a pile of polygon stones?

About the BIA video and screens
"Now the company is hard at work on Hell's Highway, the third entry in the series and the first to make the leap to next-generation hardware, with forthcoming Xbox 360, PS3, and DirectX 10-based PC versions. Gearbox president Randy Pitchford recently gave us a look at the first concept footage of Hell's Highway (using in-game art assets) and filled us in on the direction Gearbox is taking with this new sequel"

Yeap....unfortunatly there are some stupid fucks out there that support this crap...I always vote for havok ...it does a much better job at a much lower cost. I hope that as soon as NVIDIA and ATI start supporting phisics Ageia will go down like the big money sucking bitch that it is.
As for Romania...I can't find a decent video card at a good price in this part of the world...if it's 300 in other countries...it's 400 in ours.

for $300 i'll go with a multithreaded multicored CPU which can eaily be optomised to produce agia standard physics.
GRAW explosions on xbox360 look just as good as agia optomised physics on the PC version

i bet the game looks just fine without a physX card...i dont really give a shit about a little dust comming off a wall after a bullet hits it
all the boxes and shit that fly around in the video will work just fine without the card, the boxes demo reacts fine without it
i saw a video of graw with and without the physX card, hardly any difference
they just want to sell cards
