It's latin.

Im guessing Light Eternal.

Lux means light.

Aeterna isnt really a latin word, however aeternus is and it means eternal.

Lux aeterna luceat eis, Domine cum sanctis tuis in aeternum: quia pius es.

In Dutch this translates to:

Laat, Heer, eeuwig licht hen, voorgoed in gezelschap van de heiligen, beschijnen, omdat U genadig bent.

Wich translates to English in something like:

Let, Lord, eternal light them, forever in companionship of the saints, shine, cause you are merciful.

So 'Eternal Light' is the best translation me thinks.

It could mean something like Eternal Light.
I'm not 100% sure though, maybe someone else knows.
