I edited my post, it's definitely not that, the object that been thrown is results of either consumable or ash of war, the user throw it into the air and then launchs into you like a baseball.
Also, the player who used that lot has the appearance of barbarian ,Very similar Conan the barbarian but with red Rotten Gravekeeper Cloak, he wielded colossal hammer(most likley giant cruser), and wear Aristocrat Headband.
I'm considering stopping using the Sword of Damnation just a day after I started using it in PvP. This weapon makes most PvP battles too easy, and I’m not even Strength- or Faith-focused. My build is mainly Intelligence and Dexterity, with just enough Strength and Faith to meet the weapon’s requirements.
The Golden Crux skill is so deadly that most players die in one or two hits unless they have good armor, talismans, or consumables to significantly reduce its damage.
At first, it was very fun, but since it almost guarantees instant wins, it's starting to feel boring.
The skill is actually easy to avoid if you learn its pattern, but aggressive playstyles can be easily punished by it. However, against long range builds, it becomes almost useless.
George RR Martin is attached to the movie as well as a producer, interesting. I still dont know what he did such a good job on with the lore of ER, but ok.
I don't believe that they'd miss the opportunity to make another gazillion dollars with an Elden Ring 2 game...
No.
Any resource/time not going towards ER2 is just a waste, that is and always was my stance on this movie/animu bullshit tie-in.
"But toni, Edgerunners bla bla bla".
Oh, verily? Maybe if the base game hadn't been such dogshit at launch it wouldn't need some animu series to bring most of the audience back, no?

George R. R. Martin, who helped create the original Elden Ring, is attached as a producer on the movie
Quote:
There’s no word yet on how involved FromSoftware or game director Hidetaka Miyazaki will be.
Even if it's just GRRM, one minute on this is one minute that should go to ER2 instead.
Having to explain that indeed someone involved with the game will "lose" their time on some BS movie adaptation to the person that quoted the article in the first place... Only on the hump
