Has anyone here used Overclockers UK?
https://www.overclockers.co.uk/
I have always used Amazon and Ebuyer in the past, but Ebuyer are, to be honest a bunch of greedy fu**ing arseholes and their customer service is non existent, Amazon have always been OK with regards to faults and returns but are a bit limited on certain things.
So, I have been looking for someone else to provide my PC needs. I have just ordered a few cheap things off Overclockers today, but was wondering if anyone had any experience with regards to faulty goods, returns or just any good or bad experiences?
I appreciate any feedback
Thanks

Once had a right to do with them and trying to return a faulty graphics card, but that was back in 2006.
They've probably changed management several times since then.

They sound like typical greedy bastards, happy to take your cash but any problems then it's tough. Glad I only bought a few things.

OCUK ain't too bad but I tend to use Scan instead.

I've used them in the past and never had a problem, but watch out for the delivery charges. Last time I checked, it was something like £9 (although you can get it for free if you contribute to the forums).

Yeah, I got it next day delivery. I also notice they don't add VAT in the listings, and being in the UK that is a shock once it's added. Still, got to try these places. I will have to post some bollocks on the forum then.

From this thread it sounds like I wasn't alone with problems returning things to OCUK.
I've been using scan for a while, but I've heard bad things about their support. I didn't have any problems RMAing a faulty stick of RAM a couple of years back, so not sure.

It looks like there is a recurring theme, it appears all online PC parts providers are a bunch of tossers. No surprise really I suppose.
RMAing ?

RMAing is returning faulty goods.

Well, the item arrived today in good condition, mind you I did have to send them one of my kidneys to cover the delivery charge.
Thanks for the advice

I might just stick with Amazon, they are great for returns even if you have simply changed your mind.

Never had an issue with Amazon for hardware either. Ordered a fair few things like PSUs from them in recent years.
