Drawn Together not on usenet. While browsing I saw Pushing Daisies which I saw on a flight once and enjoyed - grabbing that.

Also like Scrubs, Lost, Sopranos, ST Voyager.

Tried The Wire but didn't see what the fuss was about :S

+1

I'm in the middle of first season of Entourage, a simple dialogue-driven comedy, pretty fun I guess.

I also heard good things about Oz, Generation Kill, Fringe, The Shield and Burn Notice.

Alot of people recommended me to watch 4400... But it was way to cheap. No really it was so cheap and badly done, they recoreded the scenes on a sunny day and tried to make them look as if it was taken at night. And guess what: They horribly failed!

Yeah, I didn't like 4400 back when it started airing and was only supposed to be a miniseries (2004 was it?). It was too cheesy, too many cringe inflicting moments and too much teen drama for what it was trying to be.

If you want comedy then give It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia a go. Like most series it takes a little while to get into but I shit you not when I say that it's currently one of the funniest series out there. Charlie Day is extremely hilarious.

I can also recommend the stuff that Ross Kemp has done, not series really but documentaries. The two seasons when he is in Afghanistan are intense. Also the first two seasons of his action-drama series Ultimate Force is well worth watching if you like military action.

Another sort of reality/documentary-series that is really cool, especially if you like motorbikes, is Long Way Around. It's a mini-series which follows Ewan McGregor and a friend of his who rides motorcycles from London to New York going through Europe, Russia etc.

If you wanna check some old stuff out you should give Red Dwarf or Blackadder a chance, great stuff if you like british comedy.

If you haven't seen Robot Chicken I think you would love that if you like South Park and Family Guy. It's sort of a quick fix for laughter, not very original or unique in its comedy style but very enjoyable if you're in the mood. Big plus for the nostalgia if you're in your mid twenties or older.

yeah, his stuff is pretty good ... it's always on the national geographic channel here, mostly his 'ross kemp on gangs' stuff but it's all excellent Smile
