These are recommended meaning you need that for max settings, high res and AA. These requirements aren't anything fancy nowadays tbh.

HL2, Sacred 2, Fear 2 all have multiplayer, so wtf argument was that ! Very Happy

Mass Effect and Spore would be better examples.

well, MP or not, the examples were still the fact todays games still have online ACTIVATION.

It having MP is completely moot because you worry abou cd-key and usernames when using MP, has nothing to due with SP needing to be activated before it'll even install.

Seems kinda unfair to people who preordered expecting multiplayer in the game, and now that its due to arrive, surprise! No MP! Boo!

Odds are xbox 360 version is just a modified pc version. By restoring and changing the code that was already in place when they released the multiplayer pc specs listed here:

xbox360 NTSC retial is a beta
http://reviews.teamxbox.com/xbox-360/1716/Ghostbusters-The-Video-Game/p2/

Code:
These are relatively small criticisms of the design though, and shouldn’t really get in the way of your enjoyment of the game. What will get in the way are some outright bugs I discovered and some tragically underperforming framerates, unfortunately seen on a final shrink-wrapped retail copy of the game. One time the game crashed on me during the cut-scene following a boss fight, even flashing a cryptic message about failing to load the next level. I’m used to seeing this kind of thing in pre-release builds, but not in final boxed product. Upon re-booting, I had to fight the boss all over again, and thankfully the load was successful the second time around.

I can confirm that the pc ghostbusters game does NOT have multiplayer included.

We are appearing at theri midnight launch party in ghostbusters gear, and they wee kind enough to open one up so we could look at the instructions.

Seems Sony did it deliberately so people who wanted online multiplayer would have to go for a more expensive next gen version. Bastards!
